Is this AI / neural-net forecasting?
No. Classical statistical models (AutoETS, CrostonSBA, TSB) routed by demand pattern. We refuse a fake smooth curve on lumpy SKUs.
What is a “tracked SKU”?
Each variant (size/color combo) you keep in the forecast set — not the parent product count.
Can StockSightAI change my inventory in Shopify?
No. We never request write_inventory. You export or email the PO and update suppliers yourself.
How does lead-time learning work?
When you mark a PO Sent and later Received, we learn the gap with EWMA and feed it into safety stock.
When does the trial start?
After install, approve a plan in Shopify. 30 days of full access, then billed through Shopify Billing.

Install from Shopify
Install only from Shopify — the App Store listing (when live) or Shopify Admin → Apps. We never ask you to type a shop domain here. After install, open the command center and approve a plan for the 30-day trial.
- In Shopify Admin, open Apps and install StockSight AI from the Shopify App Store (or accept an invite / Partner test install).
- Approve the read-only scopes (
read_products,read_orders,read_inventory). - Open the app → Settings → start a plan trial to unlock Create PO and digests.
