Terms of Service
By installing or using StockSightAI (“the App”), you agree to these terms with AiShopUp (“we”, “us”).
1. Service
The App provides inventory forecasting, reorder recommendations, and purchase-order drafting tools for Shopify merchants. Forecasts are estimates based on available sales and inventory data. They are not guarantees of future demand or stock availability.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate shop access via Shopify OAuth.
- Verify purchase quantities before ordering from suppliers — StockSightAI does not place orders with vendors on your behalf.
- Keep billing information current through Shopify.
- Comply with Shopify’s terms and applicable law when using the App.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify App Billing / Managed Pricing. Plans include a trial period as shown at checkout (currently 30 days unless stated otherwise). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or Shopify’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the App, abuse APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or use the App to violate Shopify policies or the law.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, overstock, or purchasing decisions made using recommendations.
6. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk. Uninstall ends API access; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
